Who processes the data
The data controller is Cosimo Lippi, a self-employed professional trading as CSML Integrated Solutions, via Ambrogio Traversari 74, 50126 Florence, Italy, VAT number 07469180488.
For any request about your data: info@csmlsolutions.it. No data protection officer has been appointed: none of the cases in which it is mandatory applies.
What this site collects
The pages of csmlsolutions.it are static and contain no forms: no data is left here. The fonts are hosted on this same site.
If you consent, the site measures visits with Google Analytics to understand which pages are read. Without your consent the measurement does not start and the site works exactly the same. Consent can be given and withdrawn at any time, just as easily.
The server hosting the site records access, like any web server: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. It is a technical record, necessary for operation and security.
Why it is lawful
The server's technical logs are based on the controller's legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679): without those logs a fault cannot be diagnosed nor an attack recognised.
Visit measurement is based solely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of the Regulation and Art. 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003). Withdrawing it does not affect the lawfulness of what was collected before.
Who else sees this data
The site is hosted by Netsons S.r.l., which processes the technical logs on behalf of the controller, as data processor, and does not use them for its own purposes. Measurement data is processed by Google Ireland Limited as processor, and involves a transfer to the United States: the safeguards applied are set out in the full document.No one else receives this data: it is not sold, transferred or disclosed to third parties.
There is no automated decision-making or advertising profiling: no decision concerning you is taken by a system.
For how long
The server access logs are archived by month, and the hosting keeps the current month and the previous one, then overwrites them. Aggregate statistics are kept for up to twelve months. Measurement data follows the retention period set in the Analytics property, stated in the full document.
Where data is left, and it is not here
The pages of csmlsolutions.it contain no forms. The qualification forms are on metodo.csmlsolutions.it, in Italian, are managed with HubSpot and have their own privacy notice, which can be read before filling them in. The data controller is the same as stated above.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to the data concerning you, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can ask for your data in a machine-readable format, to take it elsewhere. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it whenever you wish, without affecting the lawfulness of what was done before.
Write to info@csmlsolutions.it: I will reply within one month, and if the case is complex I will tell you within that month how much longer I need.
If you believe the processing infringes the Regulation, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome, garante@gpdp.it,www.gpdp.it) or apply to the ordinary courts.
